communication-equipment Sea Coast Communications, Inc. was established in 1974 by Paul Holliday as a 2-Way Radio communications company. When he initially opened the company his primary objective was to service “marine electronics” on commercial ships and vessels that docked at North Carolinas State Ports in Wilmington. Paul’s reputation for honest, dependable sales and service spread throughout the Ports community and at their urging he expanded Sea Coast and became the 1st company to provide an 800 mhz trunked radio system in the area that is still in operation today. Since 1974, Sea Coast Communications, Inc. has grown from a small marine electronics company into a well established 2-Way Radio Communications company that serves all of New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties. Paul still owns and operates Sea Coast Communications located at 1027 Kerr Avenue in Wilmington. His knowledge of the communications industry is unsurpassed in this area, just ask his many loyal customers!
